Capabilities
SUBTEC produces cost effective surface mount and mixed technology assemblies from low to high volume by various methods.

Pick and place system
Two 4 headed pick & place systems with both laser and vision component recognition and fiducial correction ensure accurate repetitive high volume placement. Placement of 0402 components up to large QFP and odd form can be catered for.

Semi-automatic placement
Small quantities of surface mount assemblies can be produced quickly and efficiently using our semi-automatic dispense and placement unit.  Manual component placement eliminates tooling costs.

Stencil Printing
Semi automatic stencil printer with Tecan 'Genesis' system and 535mm stainless steel foil stencils for larger panels ensure high accuracy & repeatability with lead free solder paste on fine pitch pads.

Reflow solder oven
ERSA Hotflow 3 reflow oven using a 18” wide conveyor.

Inspection
Automated Optical Inspection with component recognition and Lynx Vision Systems are used for higher quality assurance.
