Solder Machine
Our ESBO SPA 400 Selective Solder Machine, combined with an integrated Nitrogen Plant, allows SUBTEC to achieve exceptional precision and quality in soldering complex PCB assemblies. This advanced system is capable of machine soldering both surface mount and through-hole boards, even when through-hole components are present on both sides of the board.
By using controlled nitrogen environments during the soldering process, we can minimise oxidation, improve wetting performance, and deliver clean, uniform joints that meet the highest manufacturing standards. The system significantly reduces manual soldering time, increases productivity, and ensures consistent, repeatable results across every assembly.
